Never competed before? This one's yours. Solo Debut is built for true first-timers — zero prior stage or competition experience required, blending Frame Up and High Heels dancers into one welcoming debut stage. You're even welcome to perform choreography your instructor created for you.

Entry fee is €35 per entry in Wave 1 and €40 per entry in Wave 2.
Frame Up and High Heels compete in one blended pool.
Who can enter
- Solo Debut is a special category for first-timers only
- No prior stage or competition experience
- Teachers and instructors are not eligible to apply
- Anyone who has competed in another contest is not eligible
- You may perform choreography created by your instructor
What your video has to be
Everyone who applies is judged on a video first. Only dancers who get through that round pay the entry fee.
- Only the registered dancer(s) appear in the video
- No heavy editing
- Filmed from the front, with your full body visible throughout
- No longer than 1 minute 30
- Doesn't need to be a stage performance — a studio or rehearsal space is fine
- Hosted on Instagram, Google Drive or as an unlisted YouTube video
- The link must open without a request for access
- The video cannot be swapped once you have submitted it
