Registering to compete means you accept the Rules & Regulations in full, including the judging panel's decisions being final, plus these terms.

Buying a ticket means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy — the Rules & Regulations govern competitors, not spectators.

By registering or buying a ticket, you confirm you're old enough to enter a binding agreement under the law of your country of residence, or have permission from a parent/guardian.

All fees — pre-selection, entry, tickets, workshops — are non-refundable if you withdraw or if your application isn't selected. This is stated at the point of payment, not just here.

If you're accepted, you have until your wave's payment deadline to pay the balance and confirm your spot; miss it, and your application is cancelled (see the key dates on the relevant pages).

We rely on the EU distance-selling exemption for event entry and dated events — the usual 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply to competition entries or tickets for a specific date.

This is separate from us cancelling the event outright: if we do, we'll decide on a refund, credit or reschedule case by case rather than defaulting to "no refund."

By taking part or attending, you agree that we — and official sponsors or media partners covering the event — may photograph and film you at the event, and use that content to promote Flex Champ and future editions of it, without further compensation to you.

Dance performance carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part at your own risk.

Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows — except where liability can't be excluded, for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may adjust category groupings, running order or timing to keep the day on schedule, and may cancel or postpone for reasons beyond our control.

Conduct that endangers dancers, judges or spectators can mean disqualification without a refund — see the Rules & Regulations for the full standard.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the event is held (organizing entity: Elizaveta Makarova, OSVČ, IČO 24437417, Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha 10 – Vinohrady).

This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
