Who we are
Flex Champ (Elizaveta Makarova, OSVČ, IČO 24437417, Korunní 2569/108, 101 00 Praha 10 – Vinohrady) is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@flexchamp.cz.
What we collect
If you apply to compete: your name, stage name, email, Instagram/Telegram, your video link where the category has one, and — for Small Groups and Crews — a headcount, not individual names.
If you buy a ticket or book a workshop: your name, email and the tier you chose.
We never see your card details — Stripe handles payment directly and passes us only a payment reference.
Why we process it
To run the competition and the event: reviewing applications, taking payment, publishing results, sending you updates, and letting you into the building.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database and file storage), and Resend (the emails we send you) all process data on our behalf. Judges see the video you submit, where the category has one. We don't sell your data to anyone.
Pre-selection and championship results are published on our website: your name, stage name, outcome, and the judges' written feedback. What gets published, and in what form, is set out in the Rules & Regulations (Sections 2 and 5). If you'd rather your entry didn't appear there, email us and we'll remove it.
International transfer
Some of these processors are based outside the EU/EEA. Where that's the case, we rely on their standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to run the event, plus whatever retention our legal and accounting obligations require afterward. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or restrict what we hold on you, or object to how we're using it. Email hello@flexchamp.cz. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site — nothing tracking you for advertising, and no cookie banner, because there's nothing beyond that to consent to.
