Never competed before? This one's yours. Solo Debut is built for true first-timers — zero prior stage or competition experience required, blending Frame Up and High Heels dancers into one welcoming debut stage. You're even welcome to perform choreography your instructor created for you.

  • Filmed from the front, with your full body visible throughout
  • No longer than 1 minute 30
  • Doesn't need to be a stage performance — a studio or rehearsal space is fine
  • Hosted on Instagram, Google Drive or as an unlisted YouTube video
  • The link must open without a request for access
  • The video cannot be swapped once you have submitted it
